Reservations/Deposits

We are in a very desirable Beachside, Up-Town Location, with a Spectacular, Private, Mile-Long Beach and 1-2 blocks to both fine and casual dining, fine, boutique, jewelry and gift shops; fine art galleries, coffee, sandwich, ice cream and sweet shops. Come early, stay late on our GLORIOUS BEACH without additional charge.

Upon confirmation of your reservation, the room is blocked online from further booking. Rates posted are for 3+ nights, peak season. The initial deposit is from 1-3 nights or 50% or 6+ nights including tax, per room. Any balance due is charged automatically to your credit card 21 days prior to arrival unless we receive a check by that date. Reservations made within 21 days of arrival and Gift Certificates require payment in full. Some minimum nights are required peak season and holidays. For 1-2 night stays, if available, a $30.00 fee will be added per night. Rates are subject to change, and we reserve the right to upgrade to a higher priced room without additional charge.

Cancellations/Refunds

If cancelled 21 days or more of the scheduled arrival date for any reason, the cancel/admin fee is $50 per room per night or 20% of room total, whichever is greater. If cancelled 21 days or less of the scheduled arrival date for any reason, we will refund your deposit upon full occupancy, minus the cancel/admin fee.

General

Check-In: 2-5 PM. Arrangements will be made if arrival is later than stated time and after 5 PM.

Our niche environment is a quiet, calm, soothing environment for Couples and Business Singles seeking rest and relaxation. Our rooms are for one or two adults with one King or one Queen Bed; cots are not available.

Smoking and burning candles is prohibited. A $100.00 professional cleaning fee will be charged if infringement of this policy.
