POLICIES:
You are welcomed to enjoy our beach early on your arrival date, or stay late on your departure date, all free of charge. Just let us know, as it is a private beach, not open to the public. Free parking is always available.
RESERVATIONS / DEPOSITS: We are a highly desirable Inn in a highly desirable Cape Cod location. When rooms are reserved they are blocked from further booking and guaranteed to you as you guarantee occupancy of same. Deposit is up to 3 nights payment in full, or 50% of 6 plus nights including tax, unless other arrangements are made. Any balance due is charged automatically to your credit card 21 days prior to arrival unless we receive a check by that date. Reservations made within 21 days of arrival and Gift Certificates require payment in full. Some minimum stays are required peak season and holidays, and we reserve the right to upgrade to a higher priced room upon arrival at no additional charge. Rates are based on minimum stays and are subject to change. Shorter stays at different rates may be available based on current bookings.
Check-In: See your confirmation for your stated arrival time. Arrangements will be made if arrival is later than stated time and after 5 PM.
Our niche environment is a quiet, calm setting for Couples and Business Singles. Our rooms are with one King or Queen Bed; we do not provide cots or cribs. Children age 16 up are welcomed with parent(s). We can recommend a local kennel for your pet.
Smoking and burning candles is prohibited. A $150.00 professional cleaning fee will
be charged.CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS: Cancel-administrative fee = $35 per room per night or 10% of total room sale (excluding tax), whichever is greater and for any reason beyond 21 days of arrival. Within 21 days of arrival, we will refund your deposit upon full occupancy minus the cancel-administrative fee.
DIRECTIONS ON CAPE: Follow Route 6 East to Exit 10. Turn right onto Route 124/39 South and continue due South to Route 28 about 3.5 miles. At Route 28 turn left. Go 3/4 mile to Pilgrim Road, alongside the Pilgrim Church on your right, in view of the water.
